   An overlooked assumption, resource, or question to investigate. This position does not reveal secret facts or private thoughts.

4. Challenge

   A difficulty worth naming precisely, including whether it is a practical limit or an interpretation.

5. Environment

   Observable circumstances, available support, and relevant external conditions. Do not assign hidden motives to people.

6. Useful action

   A considered step within your control that responds to the challenge and real context.

7. Possible direction

   A conditional development to consider. Identify what choices or changing circumstances could alter it.

A hypothetical reading example

Hypothetical example: a group reviewing a stalled project notices a familiar method, mixed results, and reluctance to share resources in the first three cards. The remaining cards prompt clearer roles and boundaries, with completion treated as a possibility to define rather than a promised result.
