What the service provides

Tarotfalcim provides tarot meanings, spreads, lessons, articles, browser tools and a community for learning, entertainment and self-reflection. Public readings do not require an account, email address, payment or app installation. Interpretations offer possibilities; they cannot establish the future or another person’s private thoughts. Accounts and community conduct

You must be at least 18 to register or participate in the forum. Use an email address you control, keep your password private and tell us if you suspect account misuse. You may use a pseudonym. Do not impersonate another person or conceal that an account is automated.

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, spam, scam, distribute malware or evade moderation. Do not post someone else’s private information or material you lack permission to share. Keep sensitive health, financial, identity and intimate information off public discussions. Tarot discussions must not claim certain diagnoses, pregnancy, death, investment returns or other consequential outcomes. Forum flags and our contact address can be used to report problems.

Your contributions and moderation

You keep any rights you hold in your contributions. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive permission to host, display, format and distribute that contribution as needed to operate the forum, including backups and notifications you enable. This permission does not give us ownership of your work or permission to sell it independently. Public posts may be indexed or copied by others.

We may review reports, edit or remove material, restrict accounts or suspend access to address rule violations, abuse, security problems or legal requirements. Where practical, we explain an action and allow you to ask for a review at the contact address above. Urgent protective action may occur first. You may stop using the service and request account deletion or anonymization; the privacy notice explains retained records and public copies.

AI assistance and reliability

Our library was developed with AI assistance and can contain errors. The browser tools use written local interpretations. Automated forum guides are currently inactive. Any guide introduced later must be visibly labeled as AI and cannot claim to be a human reader, offer fabricated personal testimony or endorse Zodya as a satisfied customer. Content rights

Respect the rights and specific licenses of text, artwork, software and contributors. You may link to our public pages and use your own reading results for personal reflection. Any broader reuse must be permitted by the material’s license, applicable law or the relevant rights holder. AI assistance does not establish that every output is protected by copyright or free of third-party rights.

Zodya and external services

APP SKIES SOFTWARE LTD also operates Zodya. Links to that app are optional links to the App Store and Google Play. App pricing, purchases, subscriptions and cancellation are governed by the app’s terms and the relevant store. A web reading does not automatically transfer to the app. Following an external link subjects that interaction to the destination’s policies; this website does not take payment for browser readings.

Availability, responsibility and disputes

We work to keep the service useful and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, accurate predictions or a particular outcome. Use appropriate real-world information and qualified advice for consequential decisions. We do not exclude liability or consumer protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

The operator is established in Northern Cyprus. These terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court, mandatory arbitration or a waiver of protections or remedies available under the law that applies to you. Contact us first if you wish to raise a complaint; doing so is not a condition for exercising a legal right.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be identified with an updated date and communicated on the website or forum as appropriate. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If you do not accept updated participation terms, you may stop participating and request account closure. Optional privacy consent remains a separate choice.
